Shipping & Delivery
We try to ship orders within two business days of receiving them. There are times when it will not be possible to do so, due to backorders, custom orders, holiday and carrier schedules. If you need an item expedited please call before placing an order.
Privacy & Security
We take safe guarding your information seriously. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except with our vendors that help us communicate with you. In the event of a technical issue we will allow our developers access to your information to correct any problems we may have.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted up to ten calendar days of purchase and will be charged a restocking fee of up to thirty percent. All custom orders are final and can Not be returned. In the event that an item has a manufacturing defect, we will attempt to repair the item or replace it if we deem it unrepairable. All manufacturer warranties will be honored unless stated otherwise.
